“What’s your
problem?” C.J. came downstairs.
“I’m tired of
everyone ignoring me!” said Strawberry.
“Talk to me”
said C.J..
“Nothing” said
Strawberry.
The doorbell
rang. “I’ll get it!” Pancake called. “Champ, I’ll call you back”
Pancake opened the door,
greeted Josh, walked outside, and shut the door behind them.
“Josh, we need to talk”
she said.
“Yeah?” said
Josh.
“I think we should
see other people” Pancake confessed.
“Are you just trying
to be like Strawberry?” said Josh. “It’s like, dumping season”
“No, Josh, I am serious”
said Pancake. “We need to see other people”
“Alright” Josh
was bummed. “I’m not gonna ignore you like Strudel’s ignoring
Strawberry”
“He’s depressed”
said Pancake.
“Well I guess I’ll
see you later” said Josh.
“Yeah” said Pancake.
“Later” She walked back into her house.
C.J. was still interrogating
Strawberry. “What’s wrong?” he asked.
”Nothing, C.J.”
said Strawberry.
“C.J., leave her alone”
said Pancake.
Later that day, Waffles went
over to Smog’s. “Smog” she said. “It’s
over”
“Wh-what?” Smog
stuttered.
“I’m sorry”
said Waffles. “But my feelings for you are gone”
“But I- But I-”
Smog stuttered.
“Gotta go” said
Waffles, and she slammed the door in his face and went down the path to Navy, and rang Lebron’s doorbell. “I did it” said Waffles. “I dumped Smog”
“Awsome” said
Lebron. “Finally”
“Yeah” said Waffles.
A few weeks later, Strudel
still hadn’t talked to Strawberry or Pancake.
“Why did I ever do
that?” Strawberry asked one day in lunch after Thanksgiving break.
“Strawberry, it was
over a month ago” said California. “Forget about it”
“California, she can’t
just forget about it” said ChiChi.
Poser sat down at their table.
“What are you doing
here?” asked Shady.
“Harry Potter and his
wife took over our table” Poser’s friend Squash said, pointing at their table, where Stinky and some other chick
were sitting.
“Mustard &&
Muskrat took their table” said Baboon.
“Back to what I was
saying” said ChiChi.
“ChiChi,
not now” Pancake whispered, nodding towards Poser.
