They walked out of the room and down the hall, but Cherry turned into the lounge.
"Hey, Muffins, you got my bagel?"

"Yeah, here" Muffins handed her the bagel.

"Hey," Cherry looked at Popcorn. "Are you Popcorn?"

"Yep, that would be me"

"Can I talk to you privately?" Cherry asked.

"Uh, sure" Popcorn followed her into the hall. "What's up? And who are you?"

"I'm Cherry, I'm Strawberry and Quaker's friend. I am also Spunky's girlfriend. Do you even know him?"

"Well, I am leaving for the air force in a few weeks" Popcorn said. "I wouldn't be able to handle a relationship like that, and I don't think she would, either"
