After school, Ziggy and Strawberry went to the movies. After the previews had played, Ziggy inched his hand towards Strawberry’s. Strawberry took the hint& grabbed onto his hand, and laid her head on his shoulder.

After the movie was over, it was kind of cold outside.

“Are you cold?” Ziggy asked.

“Kind of” Strawberry replied.

Ziggy put his arm around her and pulled her close to him.

“Better?” he asked.

“Yeah” Strawberry smiled.

They looked into each other’s eyes, and kissed.

The next day, Pancake noticed a hickey on Strawberry’s neck.

“Oh dang” she said.

“What?”

“Did you see your neck?” Pancake laughed.

“Oh, shit, he left a mark?” Strawberry said, taking out her mirror. “Gah!”

“Are you guys going out yet?” Carlotta asked.

“No, he hasn’t asked me out yet” Strawberry said, bummed.

“Don’t worry, he will” Waffles said.

“I sure hope so” Strawberry sighed.

Texas walked up to them. “Nice hickey, Strawberry’

“Thanks. Why were you talking to Ziggy yesterday?”

“What, am I not allowed to?” Texas asked.

“No, no, that’s not what I meant” Strawberry said. “Sorry, that came out wrong. I mean, how do you know him?”

“Oh, he’s in my second period class” said Texas. “He’s pretty cool”
